I feel your pain Jonattan, as having same issue. Checker still fails after TPM turned on. Enabled the secure boot and Intel TTP in Bios (as a workaround for having a TPMS1 socket but no module on my ASRock Z370 Gaming K6 (P40.20)). Device Manger and TPM snap-in report TPM 2 present, but alas, the Checker still fails. Would spending cash and waiting on a backordered TPM2 module be the fix if device manager already reports it? Or maybe the installed version 1 TPM snap-in the issue? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

Which CPU are you running? as anything under 8th Gen Intel isn't supported, well atm anyway.

Think we need to give Microsoft some time here to respond to all this discussion. Am certain there will be more clarity on all the input here going forward.
A lot of specific cases stated here. Recommend going to your manufacturer sites to check on Bios, Updates, Drivers and to review any user manuals regarding the TPM issue.
The PC Health checker apparently needs to look more completely and am sure there will be some kind of update that will help 'clear' a number of PC's (especially Surface) that seem to be failing.
