I have all requirments fullfilled
So I have Ryzen 5 2600
250gb free storage
Directx 12 wddm 2.7rtx 2070
16gb ram
tpm enabled in bios
secure boot set to uefi windows
the only thing i can think of is this, that it does not work

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

its a setting in the advanced part of your bios that need enabling. Activate / deactivate TPM on Windows 10 and in the BIOS of your PC (hebergementwebs.com)
I posted earlier and I can say I have now solved the problem. I have looked in my BIOS again and found I can enable 'Firmware TPM' which appears to have worked. I do not have TPM on my motherboard and no module but I think that because my CPU is 10th generation that they have TPM. I'm not 100% sure but it has worked for me. Hopefully this will solve someone's issue.
