***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

Have read this entire thing.  MS, you have a problem.  First, EVERYTHING this thread says is required I have, but still get the message.  Second, I have went through all the various forms of voodoo here and still fail both the PC Health Check and get the Insider message.  Third, PC Health Check tells me I am running version 2009, when I know darned well I am on a dev build of 21H2.  Fourth, is this really trying to say that ALL the various things needed for all the new features has to be present?  If so, conspiracy theorists are going to immediately scream "all this is just an excuse to appease OEMs and sell new hardware" or "doesn't Apple do this"!

What would help is something like the PC Health Check that was ACCURATE -and WOULD TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS "WRONG".  That way it can be addressed.  The current process (as all these threads show) will especially drive people who built their PCs (thus no "OEM" to contact) crazy!

Not good, MS.  But given the glitches I had watching the Windows 10 unveiling not surprised.

I'm very interested in testing windows 11 in the same way I've been testing the insider versions of windows vista after 10 to develop applications and tests with the companies I provide IT service

I am using Intel I7 11th Gen and RTX 2060, but it shows that my pc doesn't meet minimum requirements, and I have turned on TPM in BIOS setting too.
