Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0 requirement maybe??

Yes, switch on TPM 2.0 in BIOS. After that your PC is ready for Windows 11.

Why can't I update my Surface Pro4 to Windows 11? I have TPM2.0 turned on, but the computer health check still shows that I don't meet the minimum requirements. I think it has to do with the CPU because the M3-6y30 has a minimum main frequency of 0.9Ghz, but who keeps their computer running at the lowest frequency all the time?
