***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Enable Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 from BIOS/UEFI.

    I'm running a Fujitsu T936 which exceeds the spec requirements in every way, but the core i5 6200u processor isn't on the list of approved processors. There are plenty of inferior processors on the list it seems. I feel like it was simply overlooked. That stinks because with 16GB ram, 512GB Samsung ssd it runs much better than some machines owned by friends that meet the specs. Hopefully they loosen this spec up a bit. Otherwise, with the features on this thing it's gonna cost me over $2k to run Win11 and have the same features.

    I had a similar problem. Reinstalling the motherboard drivers solved this. Board with AMD Ryzen processors. PCI encryption protocol drivers error.
