Same here TPM 2.0 enabled, 24Gb of ram, GTX 1050TI, 225Gb SSD + 1To HDD and it says "This PC can't run Windows 11"
Is it because of this ⬇️ ?

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

Press win+r type in TPM.msc - see if you have TMP 2. If not you will have to go to your UEFI and enable Intel Platform Trust Technology.
Thanks, I just enabled it through bios and now it's showing compatible for windows 11
My laptop meets the minimum system requirements, I just need to confirm that Windows 11 reached the Beta channel, or if it is safe to move to the dev channel
