For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Mee too! I have installed the Windows 11 leaked dev, and after presentation I decided to check the Windows insider program, and see this, but Windows 11 installed just fine, not a single error!

    The presentation from Panos today was good, lots of improvements to the Windows ecosystem.

    However the PC Health check-up tool needs some improvements, needs more information about what doesn't pass the requirement test, not just the "Your PC can't run Windows 11" message, that doesn't help anyone track down where and how to meet the requirements, even going back to the Windows XP upgrade tool, that had clear information about where you might not meet the requirements.

    TPM 2.0.... Very interested to hear some feedback from the Insider Team about why Microsoft feels the need for TPM 2.0, most adopters are Home users and not Big Businesses that use that higher level of security.

    It will be interesting to see how this rolls out next week, and hopefully, as time goes by Microsoft will make changes to certain requirements to make Windows 11 more inclusive to end-users.

    TPM.MSC in your search bar/command prompt is your friend in diagnosing not meeting requirements.

    The TPM2.0 and SecureBoot requirement should be limited to new OEM installs only.  Its absurd to push this added cost on to end-users who build their own systems.  Its an arbitrary requirement as many end users who build systems don't see the need to enable Bitlocker .  Please reconsider this position immediately.

    Also, I hope you decide to re-enable the ability to disable 'grouping' on the taskbar, the leaked build does not have this option and grouping hampers my productivity.  I have plenty of space on my taskbar for expansion and having to hover over an icon to then bring up a list of child windows for an app just slows me down when I am using the mouse.

    It looks like MS is forcing the users to throw away all the old Legacy BIOS machines, I bet Windows 11 is not going to be very popular.

    It looks like it may be D.O.A.

    Reading all these reports here,  UEFI with TPM and Secure Boot is not good enough either. 😒
