***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

When I try to update, at installation stops at 35%, and a windows 11 update screen pops up. Then a ‘What needs your attention screen’ appears, but there is nothing below it. I have checked and confirmed that my laptop is eligible for Windows 11 via the PC health check app. The iso method will not work either because setup.exe will give the same blank screen.

15th attempt reinstall, enabled Ftpm-everything, cleared it cleaner than a windexed window.

Installed ".net" 3.5 and 4.8 (because some guy said to)

Did I mention it installs 100%, but then UNinstalls??

    Yeah.

    ....(TLDR)

MARK all other drives OFFLINE for immediate success.

35 years of windows installation-programs and NO one else thought to program the installation file for multiple drives???

    O ... My ... Gosh.

Can I wildly speculate?? Because I'm mostly talking to myself anyway...

My data-drive (an nvme) is technically drive 0 and the System drive is technically drive 1.

When Preboot reaches out to "drive 0" it melts, has a brain-infarction, whatever.

If I tore my pc apart and removed one of the drives (the data-nvme) it might not faint.

But tearing apart a pc is already risky, and with no confirmation, I question whether it's worth the trouble.

Success!! Offlining The second Drive helped!

But did I need to do that? (yes)

Couldn't windows *know* where the C drive was? (no, apparently)

Did any one else have this solution?? (It should be a sticky)

Nekem is van hasonló kérdésem. Van Intel i7 8. generációs és több mint elegendő RAM és grafikus kártya. Nem tudom, miért nem támogatja a számítógépem a Windows 11 követelményeit.Talán a TPM 2.0?

Bonjour, j'ai utiliser whynotwin11.exe qui montre en détail les éléments qui bloquent l'installation. Pour moi c'est version TPM et DirectX + WDD M2
