Please tell me why a 3.6 Ghz 6th gen CPU would not be perfectly sufficient for running windows 11, it makes no sense to say they are not compatible when they are perfectly capable of running it.

I had the same problem the other day. It was because of me. Netframework. There is an application on microsoft.com that fixes this and then you will have no more problems.

Windows 11 raises the bar for security by requiring hardware that can enable protections like Windows Hello, Device Encryption, virtualization-based security (VBS), hypervisor-protected code integrity (HVCI) and Secure Boot. The combination of these features has been shown to reduce malware by 60% on tested devices. To meet the principle, all Windows 11 supported CPUs have an embedded TPM, support secure boot, and support VBS and specific VBS capabilities.

If you have TPM 2.0 enabled and secure boot as on my system, what would be the excuse then be if security protocols or requirements are met

    for the CPUs.

This particular hardware requirement for the most part does not make any sense to me or to most of the community .
