Yes, PC health check and windows settings have gone mad. I have everything needs for Windows 11. TPM, secure boot and All.

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

2021-06-30T02:23:59+00:00 I'm having an issue where my device is failing to recognize/pull the Feature Update to the Win11 DevChannel build. [EDIT: To clarify, when I go into Updates and click "Check for Updates", it reports as "Up to Date" when it should be pulling the Win11 feature update, if I'm understanding the process correctly]
I have made sure of the following:
- I am logged into my machine with my Microsoft Account [changed from local account]
- I am in the WinInsider program with aforementioned MS Account
- I am in the DevChannel and logged into the Windows Insider portion of the Settings app with my MSInsider account
- I have run the WinHealth app which confirms my computer supports Win11
If there is any further information needed, please let me know.

the error code is 0x0

2021-06-30T02:06:23+00:00 After working through some booting issues after enabling PTT I was able to get TPM 2.0 to register on my system after successfully booting.
That particular issue on a side note was to clear the TPM in BIOS then the machine booted into Windows.I ran a check again and now the check says the processor type is not supported, I checked the list of processors the WIN10 OS versions 21H1 and my processor is on the list of supported processors.
So now I'm stuck again after setting secure boot and TPM 2.0 for absolutely no reason as my machine meets all the minimum system requirements.
Any ideas what is going on ?
