For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

After you installed from windows 10 insider preview dev go in setting,Windows.updates,advanced setting, recovery and clic on reset this computer personal chose what you want to keep i recommande make a backup of your files beforce do a reset and chose keep nothing follow the guide for make clean instal :)

Just updated to Windows 11 insider on dev channel with my dell XPS 13 2-in-1 7390
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
Time to test out Windows 11 !!
how to clean install?
If you are on an Insider build you can go to insider.windows.com . There is a blue panel there where you can connect to Flight hub and download an ISO to reinstall Dev, Beta, or Preview builds. Once installed they will update to the latest available build for that channel. Not sure if Win 11 will install as I believe there was a statement about already being on Dev channel with existing build by June 24. You can then use a program like Rufus to create install media on a flash drive to reinstall Windows from most recent ISO.
Once installed and once you sign in to Windows It will update to most recent build and you will need to click on the store to update all your apps.
Dev channel builds are periodically not as stable as what you get in your off the shelf computer. That is why it is not recommended for your everyday machine with important files. It is always a good thing to have them on a separate drive anyway. Long term Insiders know that sometimes they will have to reinstall Windows as that is part of what Insiders do even just for testing.
Note: If you decide to download and ISO it will take a while. The current Dev build I am downloading now looks like it is 4.6 gb and will take nearly a half hour to download the ISO. So need to make sure the drive you download to has the space.
I don't know if you encountered the recovery screen when your computer acted up. You can activate it by turning on your computer and switching it off about 3 times before it finishes booting. Then allow it to boot and it should boot into the recovery environment. You may find that it will be helpful and save time compared to reinstalling Windows .
Just in case : Are you sure the flickering on your mouse was Windows or possibly a weak battery (if it is wireless) ?
