Reason I could see that happening is Teams does have a minimum window size that is larger, and different aspect ratio, than normal windows. That likely has something to do with it.

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

2021-06-28T19:18:22+00:00 Eddie , What will happen if I try to install this build that Windows Update is downloading, without having TPM ?
For me - the Windows 11 preview downloaded to about 8% and then popped up a message saying I didn't have TPM 2.0 so I was out of luck. :-/
