For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    I have the exact same message. I'm running an i9, 2080ti, 2 NVME PCIe Sata...
    Would be great to have a listing of what requirements we're not meeting - instead of a generic message huh?

    I can only get Release Preview Channel --- great

    Have you checked your BIOS that you have a TPM 2.0 module enabled (or Intel PTT with TPM 2.0 support) and Secure Boot? Those are also needed for Win11 and they might be disabled by default. Also, you might need to completely power off the computer for a few seconds after changing and saving the PTT / TPM settings in the BIOS.

    In case your motherboard doesn't have a PTT / TPM 2.0, check its manual for a TPM 2.0 module connector and which modules it supports. You can ask the motherboard manufacturer about who would sell a compatible module, if needed.

    As for my own, it's about three years old, got an i5 8600k on an MSI Z370 Krait Gaming motherboard and it has a TPM 2.0 connector, but it also has Intel PTT built in with TPM 1.2 and 2.0 support, which was disabled by default. I enabled it (and secure boot) and after turning it back on I went and changed its auto setting to TPM 2.0 and booted to Windows, which now says my PC is ready for Win11.

    I have an ASUS Rampage. The manual showed a spot for TPM but needed to be ordered.  So far have found that New Egg and Amazon will bring up TPM.  There are two types :  A 7 pin and a 20 pin that I have found .  There is also a TPM that has an odd designation that looks like the  2.0 ones but is not the same.  

    Also in Community or via a search on TPM it looks like another answer is PTT from Intel (software ? ).  Need more research on this...

    Most motherboard manuals can tell you if there is a slot. You can also go to the manufacturer website and download the manual for some.  Asus usually has it available along with drivers and bios updates.

    I  am  using  a  similar  setup.  I  have  tpn  on  and  all  the  minimum  requirements.   Sheesh
