For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

When I went to check back on the Dell XPS8930 the message for windows 11 is now magically gone, no idea why, but I still got the same issue on the Lenovo Yoga 920 Laptop. Maybe it will disappear later on the laptop too ?

Please help me understand. I meet all requirements but the Health Check app says that I cannot receive windows 11. Any ideas why?
My pc meets all the requirements but the PC Health Check app tells me that it is not compatible and I have tpm 2.0 enabled
You need to have TPM 2.0 module installed in your PC and activated in the BIOS to be compatible with Windows 11. I'll leave a picture of that hardware module. Check one that is supported by your motherboard.
