If your system clearly meets the requirements but insiders page says that your PC doesn't meet the requirements, you can optionally go into dev channel to bypass this bug since it might not get fixed for a while. But be prepared for what dev channel means. Best to have a windows 10 creation point ready, as well as backups.

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

My Asus Tuf Gaming laptop is running on i5 9th gen and 8 GB of Ram with Nvidia gtx 1650 4 GB card.
What is missing out?

2021-06-24T18:40:46+00:00 I was getting the message that mine did not meet the minimum requirements, with the response of some here, talking about tmp, I checked if it was active by running this command, tpm.msc, then I received the information that tpm was not active, because I activated the bios, fTMP and save and did the verification process again and got the notification that now my pc meets the requirements.
