***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Installed Win 11 on my PC and runs fine, but does not meet the hardware requirements. My CPU is not in the compatible list, so I'm guessing that's the issue. Hopefully Ryzen Zen 1 will join the list soon, as my PC is only 3 years old....

    Ryzen 7 1800x 3.8Ghz 8 cores 16 threads

    Radeon RX580 8gb DX12

    32Gb Ram

    TPM 2.0 enabled, as is secure boot and partition is GPT and not MBR, so all requirements are met. I did read that it's possible Zen 1 will be added to the list, and so far it's running without any issues at all, and it makes gaming run smoother, at least in my experience. Frame rates on most of my games have improved over Win 10 performance.

    i think TPM 2.0 is a waste of money for windows 11 it not going to make computer saver ...any good hacker will find a way in to any computer if they want to .

    The likely hood is that a motherboard without TPM 2.0 will not be supported (or even be able) to install Windows 11. If the motherboard model is supposed to have that support then check with the motherboard manufacturer.

    Currently the requirement is for TPM 2.0 support but this may change over the coming years. (anything is possible but I wouldn't hold your breath)

    in addition the ASRock site spec seems to suggest support for a TPM header so it may mean it had to be enabled or you need to buy a module. But if it is TPM 2.0 I can't tell.
