There is a new offering of Copilot rolling out to all Insider Channels for the Insider MS Store as a CFR. It is version 1.25023.101.0 or higher.
You might care to check Store for it.

Now the missing message are common to all builds including the Public Build 26100.3476. It really sucks.
We need the old message back showing that the MS Store is up to date. Why did they remove it? Another typical MS B.S. decision. 😝🤬
