Build 22000.282 for Beta and Release Channels

I did a reset of the Store app and it starting working again.

The reset seems to work now on all the ones that were failing earlier, Windows 10 and Windows 11.

It sure did not work earlier, but now it did.

I want to install this CU on my non-compliant PC, which cannot be on Beta or RP channel.

I downloaded the files (KB5006746) from a reputable source but there is a file with an extension (.psf) unknown to me. Does somebody know how to install it using dism command-line tool ?

I already have one compliant box at 22000.282 that was updated with W.U.

For the non compliant I'll try with a 22000.282 ISO and update from 22000.258.

We'll see if I can get that to work. 😉

I don't know how the .psf files are applied, I ran into those before and didn't figure out how they get applied.

Maybe Johnny_55 knows how those work.

Perhaps it may be easier to get the ISO file for 22000.282 and update with that ?

I'm downloading and building it right now.

I'm going to try that later on my non compliant Laptop which is currently at 22000.258 and was previously upgraded with ISO from 19043.1288.

I find it easier, faster and safer to downland the ISO without the updates and let WU do the rest.

Remember, it will update only once to the latest build plus the .NET updates.

W.U. will not update to 22000.282 the non compliant laptop because it cannot enroll in Beta.

The ISO is doing the Update right now from 22000.258 to 22000.282 without insider channel.

This is a legacy BIOS machine 😉
