Try deleting registry key and restart
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost
if that doesn't work, delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and start over

The troubleshooter made no difference. I don't see any other posts from folks updating - that makes me wonder if other folks are having the same experience as me.
Did they fix the network bug ? Probably not 😒
No they didn't, is acting the same a Dev
Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter see if fixes anything
