Looks like you have been kicked out from the Windows 11 insider program. What is the current Build you have installed ?
Run latest PC Health Check from the link below and see what requirements are missing on your machine..
You may still get updates for the public build of windows 11, but not the insider updates unless you meet the hardware requirements and can rejoin the insider channel.

If your PC doesn't meet the requirements of Windows 11 you can't join to insider program you have two options:
If your PC meet those Windows 11 minimum requirements then supply feedback using Feedback Hub app,
Check is your PC compatible with Windows 11: Windows Insider Preview PC Health Check Application (microsoft.com)
And for privacy: Edit your screenshot and remove your e-mail address.
