Hi Sibro,
As I said earlier, looks like the level of Widows Web Experience Pack in the ISO is a low version.
Should be 521.20060.315.0, but what they add in the ISO is 421.20050.505.0
Found the link to install Web Experience pack and got the latest level.
That fixed the Widgets, after a reboot it was working properly.
I think the version included from uupdump is older, also it was not even installed after the upgrade.
Had to find it on the Web and then install it manually, you cannot find it just searching the MS Store and it does not show on the list of installed Apps either. 😝

After fixing the Widgets problem, I updated to 22581.200 with W.U.
but at this point, since I fixed the issue, I could have used also the ISO 22581.200 from uupdump.
You will not see the problem upgrading from 22000.593, because the Windows Web Experience Pack is already installed and at the right level.
It may get updated from the store with the other Apps if needed. It is weird that it is not listed in the installed Apps, I have to use PowerShell to find it.
This was upgraded from 19044.1620 to 22581.200 and it is on Dev Channel.

Curious that I find 2 versions in 2 different machines both working and up to date.
This was on one upgraded from 22000.593 to 22581.200 and it is on Beta channel.
