"I didn't receive the update notice, I checked and nothing ... my diagnostics and telemetry are in FULL"
Try running https://aka.ms/WUReset
Thanks, CK. But this fix didn't fix my issue:

Thanks, CK. But this fix didn't fix my issue:
I got Windows Update to quit spinning, but like everyone else I am now getting the .NET KN5001030 - Error 0x80092004 as everyone else. Also, USB printer error remains on my Brother HL-5240..
Suat, I got the .NET with the above error on my Desktop PC,
but no .NET on my Dell Laptop at all.
Another kb with the same number, there was one already installed successfully on 4/14/2021.
Hi fg,
This may have something to do with this Upgrade, it now includes windows10.0-kb5003252-x64-ndp48.cab. MS finally updated Net to current (Dump). Did this not come through on WU? Perhaps they listened to our concerns regarding all the Net downloads :-)
Will keep you updated on results as I never bothered with last build the second time after the crash. Will be installing todays build offline from Beta base non-insider.
Hope you have a great day, little chilly up here today, 1C.
Cheers!
The same error 0x80092004 on my desktop PC after installing Build 21364
The blog mentions a fix for the USB printers, but my HP Laserjet 1020 still does not work with build 21364.1
- We fixed an issue causing some USB attached printers to no longer work after upgrading to Build 21354 and higher.
See the difference on the same machine with Build 19042.962:
I also confirm mine do not work
