Looks like a common regional problem reported previously in this thread.

Just fired up 364, again.  An update or 2 had been done.  Anyway, discovered this weird font 1st

There was already a KB5001030 installed on 4/14/2021 successfully and a KB5003252 on 4/21/2021, yet it still tries to install kb5001030 which keeps failing with the same error 0x80092004.

Since the error is listed as a know issue, I'll just wait for the next build...

    Thanks CK.

First attempt failed (KB5001030) -Error 0x80092004

Next attempt same result (KB5001030) -Error 0x80092004. This was on my HP P6 Pavillion Pro IP.

Also the Update history link has changed language!

My Dell Inspiron Home IP machine installed it just fine first time.

    Hi Davy,

Appears I best keep snapshot prior to installing kb5003402. Appreciate your post. Thanks.

Lets just add this to the growing list of WU failures recently:

Net - downloads older versions (dbl downloads), downloads if previously installed (not even current kb5003252, rather kb5001030). If you manually install kb5003252, no issue.

I have KB5003252 already and KB5001030 still fails.  EDIT: Actually my Laptop has KB5003252, but never got the .NET update at all.

Windows Security - failed definition updates, works through App for updates on all versions (hit & miss)

This was an issue related to the jump from 335 to 337, once done manually its been fine ever since.

Its no wonder I despise WU. To update today, run WU, open Store for Apps (might take couple runs to update all), Office365, yep you guessed it, have to update from program (regardless of setting to update all MS stuff in Settings), lets not forget Edge, why is this not updated through Store or WU, nope, have to open the browser. This has become almost comical (not laughing).

You actually don't have to manually check for an Edge Update. If you are using Edge, it will update, then once you've closed the browser, rebooted or shutdown it will update itself.

    Regards,
