I have an Asus Zenbook. After/during the latest Windows 11 update, I am no longer able to boot into windows. I get Stop code: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG BSOD, and sometimes INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE. I can't get to the recovery environment, although BIOS is still working.

    Ha. Aye. Tried both W11 & W10 MCT's.

You'll have to find a way to test this drive, otherwise is futile to keep trying.

Maybe use another PC if available or take the laptop to a PC repair shop and have it tested.

    Good luck!

    YW.

Please try again using the newer driver from the link Bryce posted earlier F6flpy-x64 - VMD.zip

edit: never mind, you used the latest driver.

Did you try using W10 MCT?

Funnily enough the USB drive has been assigned the C: drive. However, the commands I ran told me they were "added"

    Try this:

Insert the MCT USB drive and the USB drive with the unzipped Intel drivers. Alternatively, you can copy the .inf files to the root directory of the MCT USB drive to make it simpler.

Start Windows installation but don't load the drivers, instead at that point press Shift + F10 to get a cmd prompt.

Type pnputil /add-driver x:\*.inf (x being the MCT or the USB drive with the drivers on it).

    When completed, type pnputil /scan-devices

Then pnputil -enum-drivers and continue installation, lets see what happens.

If that fails, repeat using a Windows 10 MCT, if that works we'll know that W11 is the culprit.

Then you can upgrade to W11 via the Windows Installation Assistant
