I cleaned windows update cache, but same issue when downloading again, it stops at 8% and can't complete update. Don't know if I can try something else, or it is a matter of waiting for a fix from MS.

Had the same on my Sony Vaio (yellow compliant). Finished up installing via ISO from another update

2021-12-02T17:31:05+00:00 Hello, I had that error, I then copied the file appraiser.dll from 22504 c:\windows\system32 into the $windows.~BT\sources and the update proceeded. Then I made a backup of that file into another disk just in case. Suggestion: when it get to the 8% step the sources folder get "full", keep an eye on it to see if the 22504 appraiser.dll is not overwritten. (Done in a system "red flag"). Worked, now on 22509. Sorry for my english.

You should just wait for a MS fix.
