"Yours are yellow zone, mine are red zone, big difference!"

Yellow zone devices are also officially "non-supported", that's why I asked.

Last weekend I get 22504 installed to old Legacy device with 3 gen i5, but result was Dev channel build which was forced to Win 11 Release preview channel. As already noted there is no use to try use previews on red zone devices.

Just tried downloading, hitting the same error. Fully compatible machine in "green" zone.

    Filing FB now.

    Edit:

The log files indicate a failure during compat scan too...

    Hi Sumit,

That looks what was changed in 22509 to check for the requirements, they may have it screwed up also for the ones that meet the requirements?

Not far fetched considering how quicky Eddie jumped on it and haven't answered any questions since. 😜

    Hi Pauli,

There may be no use, but it is just a game for comparing performance. 😊

This is on Dev Build 22509.1000, it is a Legacy BIOS box.

You can see below that it is on Dev regardless of the red message. It has been like that for many Dev Builds.

I also just upgraded an old laptop from 19044.1387 to 22509.1000 also a legacy Bios box and it is now in Dev channel.

    Hi Sibro,

In my case I have 2 desktops and one laptop fully compliant and did not see the error on those, but Sumit did.

I only got the error 0x80888002 on the not compliant Laptop and Desktop, easily reproduceable too. 😉
