You just updated directly from Windows 10 (version 21H2) to Windows 11 (Build 22526)? How is that possible?

You should stop messing with the system files. It's possible you are creating your own issue.

For those who may be interested on using a 3rd party unofficial/unsupported ISO to update or clean install,
AdGuard includes an automatic fix in the script.
My laptop is Windows 11 compliant so I have no way to test this option, use at your own risk.
