You just need to download the ISO of this build and install the build through media creation tool.
This would fix it! Hope next build wouldn't bring that error again....

I think he may be referring to the Github MCT.bat workaround mentioned earlier by other users. 🤣
Ok, after many many tests without success trying to install 22518.1000 release, I let the batch script running without stoping it during download or install, and found that the update finished successfully.
I have the github fix active too, but installation did not finish successfully with this alone, have to let script running during the full process, ignoring the "file locked by another process message". I used the appraiser.dll from version 22504.

That is weird, I don't need any script or any github fix, I just replace appraiser.dll manually when I get the error and before retrying the download. 😉
