Hi fg,
That's not appraiser.dll is checking for requirments,
It's AppraiserRes.dll which was checking for requirments,
To do this(Install Windows 11 22523),
Delete The Original appraiser.dll and AppraiserRes.dll,
Copy only appraiser.dll(22499\22504) from C:\Windows\System32,
Paste it on C:$WINDOWS~BT$\Sources,
That will work.
