I have upgraded to 16251 and the problem has been resolved on first start! Thanks.
Can't Turn Off Device Guard - can't open Office apps!
I have a new Windows Surface Laptop which I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. I was able to successfully install Office365 and Google Chrome.
But now I have upgraded to Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Build 16232 and can't open any Office apps. Get the error "Your organisation used Device Guard to block this app".
However, Device Guard is turned off (in fact I have even turned it on, restarted and turned off and restarted and still get the same error). I have restarted the computer multiple times.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

2017-07-30T15:33:36+00:00 Hi Nigel,
This issue may occur if the system is not recognizing the application or if there's a certain application that keeps the program from running. We recommend that you perform a clean boot to start your device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This could help us identify what conflict is causing this issue.
Keep us in the loop with the result.
