Build 22621.1343, (KB5022913) Out to Release Preview Channel

Weird. I did a search in "settings." The only Widget settings I have is on or off. Same as I saw previously, right clicking on the task bar and going to settings.

I did get the upgraded search icon options and now we can use the right click on the task bar to get to the Task Manager (like in Windows 10). But the widgets are broken, best I can tell.

They just released a new version of Windows Web Experience Pack 423.5300.0.0

That fixed the problem with Widgets.

I wish. My widgets don't work (22621.1343). The temperature bug on the left of the task bar eventually does show up, but it takes a long time. Many minutes. I didn't time it, but it could be as much as 30 minutes before the temp shows up. And when I hover on that, I get a blank overlay display.

Also I noticed with this update, there are sometimes lags with running .cmd scripts from a shortcut. I push on the shortcut and nothing happens. It does eventually come back to life, after a couple of minutes or so.

I did mention this last problem on the feedback hub. I do check for updates regularly.

The temperature issue is a different problem.

Did you check the level of Windows Web Experience Pack?

Version 423.5300.0.0 fixed the bug of the blank window on both Beta and Release Preview Builds.

I figured out the issue with the insiders builds and the lock screen not showing the weather info. 😎

The Weather App was not updating automatically with all the other apps when I was checking the updates on the store.

It updated itself when I tried opening it just to see if it was working correctly or not.

It popped up the notification below.

After that the info started showing up in the lock screen too. 🤣🤣🤣.

Mystery solved for R.P. and Beta, still an issue with Dev 25300. 😎

Weather version is different on 2262x Build versus the one on Dev 25300 it may explain the missing info in Lock Screen on Dev 25300. 😎

Try it on 25300.1000 build, I cannot get it to show the weather on the Lock Screen using the same settings as R.P. and Beta.
