You should be able to fix it by uninstalling/reinstalling Widgets
Open a cmd prompt with admin rights, copy and paste this command
winget uninstall MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_cw5n1h2txyewy
Restart

AFAIK, uninstalling and reinstalling takes care of WWEP
My widgets don't work (22621.1343). The temperature bug on the left of the task bar eventually does show up, but it takes a long time. Many minutes.
You should be able to fix it by uninstalling/reinstalling Widgets

Weird. I did a search in "settings." The only Widget settings I have is on or off. Same as I saw previously, right clicking on the task bar and going to settings.
I did get the upgraded search icon options and now we can use the right click on the task bar to get to the Task Manager (like in Windows 10). But the widgets are broken, best I can tell.

Maybe broken just for you. 😎 On and off is all you get in the settings for Widgets, nothing wrong there. 😉
Run the Power shell command that I showed earlier to see which version of Windows Web Experience Pack you have.
Then post back the screenshot with the results.
