What is the machine configuration that had the problem you describe ?

I thought there was a fix in 19043.964 for the problem with some NVMe drivers.

Are you still at 19043.899 or are you now at 19043.964 ?

6 brutal hours working with three different MS techs on a paid incident and the update problem solved. In my case it was a driver, maybe for my NVe ssd drive, that update couldn't find. A manual update was also done but probably not needed.  Installing that was not trivial.

There are update logs that have to be searched for errors.

The Driver file was not present at the location -

The registry was also missing for nvraid.inf

Steps performed to mitigate the issue:  

 
As we see issue is caused by nvraid.inf, we omitted the driver operation upon reboot by deleting its entry under below registry path:
 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\DriverOperations
 
Note: You need take the permission of the registry key and locate the entries for driver ntprint, delete them before restart.

Post removing the nvraid.inf registry entry update got installed successfully.

21H1 is now at build 19043.964, I don't have any problem with it.

If you are still at 19063.899 did you try to update to the latest level ?
