    Had same with Web Experience Pack last night. Couple retries and finally came down.

    Have had a few intermittent updates similar in the past. Seems Store does not like to update several apps at once. Might do a couple, have to check again to get it going, pausing and resuming usually does not help. Not consistent.

    What is the full name of the app ? I saw it coming down, but I cannot find it in the list of apps.

    This is the only name I see that has "WebExperience" in it ?

    After Restart we went from bad to worse. LOL

    It uses the same folder Windows\SoftwareDistribution, deleting that folder some times fixes the problem like for windows updates.

    Thanks FG, just deleting the SoftwareDistribution/Download fixed the issue.
