    That fix is for a different issue. A blank page is usually a transient service connection issue. You can try deleting the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost then reboot to see if it clears up.

    As with all registry modifications, be sure to back up the registry before making any modifications.
