Under Windows 10 19043.1200, and using Crystal Benchmark, the Random Write (RND4K Q32T16) speeds were between 750-850MB/s. But with Win 11 .132 and .160 the Random Write speeds are only around 200MB/s on the 970 EVO Plus and 980 PRO. This is a 600MB/s decrease in Random Write speeds with Win 11 and needs to be fixed. EDIT : When doing a Record Diagnostic Info below, then the Random Write speed in Crystal Disk Benchmark is over 600MB/s, but when not recording Diagnostic info, it's back to 200MB/s. So it appears that something is happening when recording Diagnostic info for the Random Write speeds to increase."

Has anybody seen this message ? Any idea of what it means ?
