    No, there was no message. Just wouldn't open.

    Strange, is this the command you used to fix the problem ?

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

    I noticed today that Windows Security program will not open.

    If I click on the systray icon, view security dashboard, it will attempt to load and the screen shows a blue window, then it closes.

    Also can't run Windows Security when clicking on it from Start.

    Update: Was able to fix it by using this method:

    Did you see this message at all when windows security was not opening ?
