I did notice one thing that did increase the speed... Only with the 980 Pro installed, go into Samsung Magician, Performance, and turn on Full Power Mode (only supported by the 980 and 980 Pro). After doing that and reboot, the Random Wite speeds did get up to 500-600MBs. Still less than the 750-850 that it got in Win 10, but an improvement over the 200 it was getting in Win 11. Scratch that. Tested again tonight and the 980 Pro is back to 160-200 Random Write Speeds, even with Samsung Magician Full Power Mode turned on. So I'm not sure why just yesterday it was getting higher random write speeds.
