    I see something like that also, it doesn't update that progress %. Closeing Settings app and go back to Windows Update to see current progress status.

    26016.1012 completed after long pauses.

    5 minutes working on updates 0%

    as if it was catching up on the 30% downloading that didn't appear in round 1. 🤷

    Then at least 5/6 minutes to work up to 100%

    Normal restart to 26016.1012
