just try to install if its present u cann't install it most probably it isn't installed in your i think !!
because i also had the same problem but after installing i am able to use it now

Hello,
it seems that "Widgets" feature hadn't been properly installed with Windows 11 for me, because there is no option to add it to the taskbar and Win+W keys doesn't work.
I already tried re-registering apps using powershell, without results.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?

You should have it in Apps & features or in Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features,
right click it and select 'Change' and then 'Repair'

You don't have to install it, it comes pre-installed with Windows 11.
It can be installed if you're savvy enough but I wouldn't recommend it.

so installed webview 2 is better
