    I think they are referring to an update/repair like the update repair in place, done through windows update instead of ISO. The Reset this PC did not keep the Apps and programs.

    You are right, I didn't think of that, thanks!

    I tried the new update/repair with W.U. and completed fine keeping all programs and apps.

    Still, it also kept the same bugs, it did not fix the problem with the New Button in Snipping tool. 🤣🤬🤷‍♂️

    It works here too after the repair which took almost 2 hours. 😒

    This repair thing might work if there's no official ISO for those who don't want to download one from a 3rd party site, but I'd rather spend less time downloading and making a custom ISO that I can keep for future use.
