I suppose countless PCs are affected, perhaps unintentionally omitted on the blog like the encryption thing.

No idea when it started, since I have not checked for that specific message on the Lenovo laptop for quite some time.

I restored my public build on it, and it is already posting the TPM message on troubleshooting.
