    I think they are referring to an update/repair like the update repair in place, done through windows update instead of ISO. The Reset this PC did not keep the Apps and programs.

    You are right, I didn't think of that, thanks!

    I tried the new update/repair with W.U. and completed fine keeping all programs and apps.

    Still, it also kept the same bugs, it did not fix the problem with the New Button in Snipping tool. 🤣🤬🤷‍♂️

    Too slow, I can download and repair twice in the same time or less.

    Not a practical replacement for an in-place repair/update via ISO.
