File Explorer truncated menu across builds

Split from this thread.
Same problem with 27723.1000. File explorer 3 dots menu opens upward regardless of the position of the window.
It truncates the menu when the window is close to the top of the screen.
Note that the View and the Filter menus open correctly downward, it is only the 3 dots menu that opens in the wrong direction. 😂😂😂
Looks like they are propagating bugs from one build to the other instead of propagating fixes. 😝🤬🤷♂️

If I disable that feature ID, the 3 dots Menu works correctly again, and opens downwards.
So much for that fix. 😂😂😵💫🤷♂️

I'll leave the bug in, hopefully now that it is narrowed down, MS will come up with a proper fix or modify the bad fix that causes this bug.

Did you see my last 2 posts on page 6?
The bug is tied to a feature that is enabled by default, from the name it seems that it should fix a problem, but instead it is adding a new bug. 😵💫🤷♂️
