File Explorer truncated menu across builds

Same problem with 27723.1000. File explorer 3 dots menu opens upward regardless of the position of the window.

It truncates the menu when the window is close to the top of the screen.

Note that the View and the Filter menus open correctly downward, it is only the 3 dots menu that opens in the wrong direction. 😂😂😂

Looks like they are propagating bugs from one build to the other instead of propagating fixes. 😝🤬🤷‍♂️

    @David Vair,

    Weird, the problem with Build 26100.2152 seems to be happening only with the UHD screens, I don't see it on a 1920 x1080 screen. 🤷‍♂️

    The menu here opens downward. 😂😂🤷‍♂️

    I think they have a mistake it the calculation of the window position when they use UHD screens. '😂😂🤷‍♂️

    Yet, on the same machine with Build 27723.1000 the problem happens with both resolutions.

    Pretty inconsistent behavior. 😝🤬
