The first thing I would check is your motherboard/computer running the latest bios and also check the router for the latest firmware.
Have you tried changing 5Ghz channel in the router?
Does the Event Viewer show any errors, the following link shows you where.

Router auto updates it's firmware and just recently updated it self. BIOS is on the latest firmware also. And I have tried numerous channels that is the only thing that makes my 5 Ghz work (work as in minutes to a few days then just STOPs...) thanks for the suggestions.. I have already tried conventional trouble shooting...
