I also had trouble with wifi using the intel wifi 6 AX201 on this SP7 but it is using Windows 11 Dev channel, I have updated to 22499 which hasn't had the problem since, in my case I had no internet at all, using reset network back to factory default worked.

Don't install Dev channel though as to leave it you have to clean install if the 10 days have passed.

There are updated drivers along with bios on the Acer site for your computer for Windows 11.

There are three models of the predator triton 500, not knowing your exact model I can't give you the Acer site.

Hi, so this is how it goes for me:

I installed windows 11 on my new pc which is less than 3 months old and the next day, the wifi stops working and when I go the taskbar icon, there is no wifi option. I go to the network settings and no wifi option. So I ran the troubleshooter and it says "ethernet is not connected or is broken". Why in the WORLD am I getting ethernet errors when I'm using wifi? So I decided to do a system restart and next thing I know, I am in a BSOD ( Sorry I don't know what it said). Finally the system restarts and the wifi is working again. Then , after some time the wifi again goes off. Especially with the taskbar changes, the whole situation is bonkers. Now, whenever I boot into a wifi disabled, I restart and get back to the working state. Checked for updates( via device manager), and what happens is that the drivers don't download and comes at a 'Windows encountered an error while installing this driver". The same thing occurs when I rollout the driver. Can't disable it too. The disabling occurs for hours until I'll have to shutdown forcefully.This NEVER happened with win 10.........

Hi, I have a Dell, fairly newish PC, less than a tear old and have exactly the same issue when trying to upgrade to Windows 11. I had Dell technicians work on this issue for almost a week with no joy and apparently they seemed to not know their PC's did not have a wi-fi driver that was compatible with Windows 11 and offered no solution.

Very disappointed that both Dell and Intel can't seem to solve this issue.

I updated to window 11 but my wif won't work. When I go into device manager it shows an error with the wifi adapter - Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1535 Wireless Network Adapter. I tried updating the driver but windows said it is the latest version. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. I have also tried resetting the adapter but again no luck. Does anyone have a solution?

I also have the same issues after upgrading to win 11. I have followed every tutorial online, watched heaps of YouTube videos. I contacted a technician who quoted me $100 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours to look into it, so I formatted my PC back to factory settings. If anyone comes up with an answer, I would love to hear it. Please help if you can. My PC laptop is a Acer predator triton 500. Nvidea GTX 2060. Unfortunately, my desktop PC can't get win 11. It says so in the update page.
