This build was clean installed and updated yesterday on a VMware Workstation Pro VM
Did you try the Pause/Resume workaround?
Not seeing this here either.

2022-12-02T18:55:24+00:00 Yep, I use the Nvidia site for my main system and usually update the day of a new driver. My Dev and Beta systems I was just using Windows Update because I don't do alot on them, so I just let Windows handle it.

Perhaps that was Windows 11 Insider Dev driver 530.04 on Sept 2022, looks like it had problems too from some posts on the web?
