Copilot is only available in Dev Channel, not Canary yet.
Windows 11 Copilot not showing! (Canary build 25905.1000)
Hello! I recently installed the latest Windows Insider canary channel build (25905.1000) (Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.25905.1000.0) and I can't find the new Windows 11 Copilot AI slidebar. It cannot be added in the settings either. I've tried with ViveTool but it doesn't work at all. Do you have any fives? Thanks in advance!

The Copilot feature is actually for the Dev channel. Even so, it is NOT for ALL dev channel insiders. Microsoft has talked about this roll out here: https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2023/...
I will quote the following quoted from the blog post I shared with you above:
"We are beginning to roll this out, so the experience isn’t available to all Insiders in the Dev Channel just yet as we plan to monitor feedback and see how it lands before pushing it out to everyone."
