We can't reach the Windows Insider Programme right now

Hey, I've signed up for the Windows Insider programme from the website. However, when I go to the Windows Insider tab in Windows Update settings, it gives me the error "We can't reach the Windows Insider Programme right now. Please try again later or check the forums for info".

I've tried restarting my computer (multiple times), disabling my antivirus + firewall, and enabling all diagnostics data to Windows. It still isn't working. Can anyone advise?

    I hear you. Had an issue earlier last week but discovered their server was down. Hope you find a fix for your problem. I know it can really frustrate you to tears.

    Just to let you know I never had an issue over the whole time. This part of the pacific was always working 😃😃🤗🙂😉
